I am the Founder and CEO of Labii Inc. and now the company is developing a fast and easy-to-use research data documentation and management platform. Before working on Labii, I was the Bioinformatics Specialist at Stanford University and HHMI. I built a web app called SciReader for researchers to find relevant papers in their field of interest. I also built a groundbreaking software package called miRPara at Texas Tech. miRPara predicts mature miRNAs from any giving sequence for any species. After that, I worked at a small biotech startup for two years (Ocean Ridge Biosciences LLC). I was in charge of pipeline building and data analysis for next generation sequencing.
