Parveen Saini has been a scientist at the CSIR-National Physical Laboratory (NPL), New Delhi, India since 2004. He received his bachelors of Engineering degree in Polymer Science and Chemical Technology fromprestigious Delhi college of Engineering (DCE), New Delhi, INDIA in 2002 and completed PhD in Polymers and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India in 2012. His research interests include conducting polymers, carbon nanotubes, graphene and their nanocomposites for electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, microwave absorption, antistatic/electrostatic dissipation (ESD), anticorrosive, and battery/supercapacitor applications. He has authored more than 50 scientific publications, book chapters & patents and is a regular reviewer for many national/international scientific journals. He is recipient of prestigious CSIR Young Scientist Award-2013 in the area of Engineering Science, Bharat Jyoti Award-2103, Bharat Excellence Award-2014 and Rawal-Institution’s Annual Eminence Award-2014.
