Dr. Ze Jia received the B.S. degree and Ph.D. degree from Tsinghua University in 2002 and 2007, respectively. He worked as Assistant Professor in Tsinghua University from 2007 and joined the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2012 as Associate Professor. He has about 30 peer-reviewed academic journal publications, near 30 peer-reviewed academic conference publications and 15 issued invention patents. He also has memberships of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the American Chemical Society (ACS), the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the Materials Research Society (MRS) and has been upgraded to the senior member of IEEE since 2013. Presently he is the member of Editorial Board for such journals as World Journal of Nano Science and Engineering and International Journal of Advances in Electronics Engineering. He also served as the Member of Technical Program Committee for multiple academic conferences. He has been invited to review the manuscripts by the editors for many academic journals and conferences, such as Applied Physics Letters, PLoS One, Microelectronics Reliability, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Applied Physics A, etc.. His research experiences have covered such fields as nonvolatile devices and circuits, novel FET devices, mechanisms and structures for functional materials.
