Dr. Vincenzo Tufarelli received his degree in Veterinary Medicine and his PhD in Animal Nutrition from University of Bari ‘Aldo Moro’, Italy. He is currently Researcher in Animal Nutrition and Feed Science at the Department of DETO, Section of Veterinary Science and Animal Production of the University of Bari‘ Aldo Moro’, Italy. His research interests lie in the field of animal science, with emphasis on feeding, production and feed. He has considerable experience in poultry science with particular interest in nutrition. He is serving as editorial board member and peer reviewer for several indexed journals, and he published many papers in peer reviewed journal, book chapters and conference papers focused mainly on animal nutrition and agricultural science.
