Srinivas graduated from University of Oklahoma with a PhD in Chemical Engineering. His research interests includes developing nnew product development, thin film coatings and colloid/surface science. He is currently working at Henkel as a Senior Scientist. In his role, he leads research projects to develop new functional materials used in medical devices, consumer electronics and automobile industry.  He has 6 first author publications in leading journals for chemical engineering.
