Willie Sai Ho Chan ( Dr Chan ) LLB, MD, grew up in Hong Kong and received his Bachelor's degree (LLB) from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China, and Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the China Medical University in Taiwan, China. He is currently working as Fellow, Professor and National Representative of the European Association for Predictive, Preventive and Personalised Medicine ( EPMA, Brussels, Belgium ) in Taiwan, China. He acts as co-ordinator among other countries to promote the aim of the Association. He is an inter- and multi- disciplinar healthcare professional with increasing international recognition. His main paper " Taiwan's Healthcare Report 2010 " ( EPMA Journal 2010 ), was published in the book  " Healthcare Overview " ( Springer 2012 ).
