Revaz Lordkipanidze is a doctor of Economics and World Economy, professor of University Geomedi, executive editor of Geomedi Scientific Journal “Modern Issues of Medicine and Management”, member of American Economic Association, with the Harvard University best estimates in courses “American Government” and “Justice”. R. Lordkipanidze was born in 1965. He is e winner of several creative Olympiads in high school and earned the Award of the Academy of Sciences of Georgia. He graduated Tbilisi State University with Honored (1986). He earned his Candidate of Economic Sciences (now PhD degree) from Institute of Economy and Law (Georgian Academy of Sciences, 1990) and Doctor of Economic Sciences in 1999 from St. Petersburg State University (Nostrification in Tbilisi State University, 2005). He is elected member of Georgian Academy of Economic Sciences since 2013. He became member of The Academy of Political Science (NY, United States, 1998) first from post USSR countries, with successfully certify by EU TACIS Project (Cleaner production, 2003) and American Universities (Minnesota, Training program, 2011; Harvard, 2018, 2 courses). Revaz Lordkipanidze was the acting minister of Economy in Adjara region, Georgia (1993- 1998). As a young doctor of sciences (1999), he granted with the first quality scholarship of President of Georgia (2001). He is gold medalist of Georgian Ministry of Education and written in Georgian Economic encyclopedia. R. Lordkipanidze defines the force of economic competition (I=V/R) approximately as the force of electric current. By indexes of Lordkipanidze law of economic competition, the less (till optimal levels) are output of monopoly and excess (bad-quality or needless) production, the more is the force of competition. At various times, he was an invited professor at TSU and GTU. The topic of his dissertation research was the structure of the economy and industry. He is author 1072 publications with developing of the European Union experts’ formulation for economic structure marginal efficiency and discovering of errors in understanding of perfect competition for the qualitative improvement of inter-industry structural competition.
