Immunotherapy is also known as biological therapy or bio therapy. Immunotherapy is a type of cancer treatment to simulate or restore the ability of the immune system to fight infection and disease or to protect the body from some of the side effects of treatment. Immunotherapy treatment stop or slow down the growth of cancer cells, stop cancer from spreading to other parts of the body and helps the immune system work better at destroying cancer cells. The different types of immunotherapy are Monoclonal antibodies, Non-specific immunotherapies, oncolytic virus therapy and T-cell therapy.
